We require 24-hours notice to cancel any appointment. If you should cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or miss your appointment, you will be required to pay the full price of the service booked. Gift cards are not transferrable, may not be returned, may not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Service prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substituted. Barber Lounge is not responsible for lost or stolen cards. We are happy to accept Spa Finder gift cards, although, they cannot be combined with any specials or discounted services.
